Will maintains a thriving voice coaching studio in New York City, has taught privately in LA and London, and offers audition classes at universities around the country. His students have launched successful careers on Broadway, London's West End, and the operatic stage. Clients regularly appear in regional houses across the country including the MUNY, Ogunquit Playhouse, San Diego's Old Globe, PCLO, Walnut Street, North Shore, and Maine State Theatre.

Before turning his focus to teaching and coaching, Will spent 15 years working as an actor, singer, and director. He studied acting with the great Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse, and furthered his acting training with The Barrow Group. Performing highlights including A Happening, composed and directed by the legendary John Cage, and featured roles in Jerome Kern's Sweet Adeline (starring Tony Award winner Judy Kaye, conducted by Peter Howard), and Eileen (conducted by John McGlinn), both at NYC's Town Hall. Other regional productions: ShowboatBrigadoonMy Fair LadyAnnieGuys and Dolls, and The Merry Widow. He trained as a classical pianist with Dr. Harold Rohlig. He holds a double major in Voice and English from the University of Alabama.

Will's stage direction includes West Side Story Suite to a sold-out audience at The Town Hall in New York City, Dialogues of the Carmelites for the New York Opera Society starring Barbara Dever of the Metropolitan Opera, and The Secret Garden with Theater Without Borders. Will was music director for the critically acclaimed Off-Broadway premiere of the a cappella musical Minimum Wage.

Career highlights include Broadway veteran Fred Weller making his professional singing debut in the leading role of Eilif in the Public Theater's production of Brecht's Mother Courage, starring Meryl Streep and Kevin Kline.
